Refund & Returns
At Martolia Furniture, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Due to the custom-made and heavy nature of furniture items, our return policy is as follows:
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted if the product received is physically damaged or if the wrong item was delivered. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or WhatsApp notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Customized furniture, clearance items, and bespoke designs tailored to specific dimensions are non-returnable and non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, visit our showroom in Haldwani or contact our concierge.
